What You’ll Do
Your day includes:
- Pre-Session Discovery – A focused intake and preparation process to identify your specific goal (the engagement or the skill to be developed)
- Coaching Block 1: Workshopping or practicing your material, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Coaching Block 2: Skill building around the identified area (e.g., blocking, vocal control, storytelling)
- Coaching Block 3: Integration and practice, with guided feedback and support
- End-of-Day Action Plan – What to rehearse, refine, and focus on moving forward
- Post-Session Integration Call – A 30-minute virtual follow-up to support implementation or final prep before the big day
Logistics
- Held in-person in Richmond, Virginia
- Venue selected for space, lighting, and movement-friendly atmosphere
- Sessions typically run 9:00am–4:00pm with breaks built in
- Snacks and hydration provided; city guide included for restaurant and hotel recommendations
